Think low carb diets are the only thing that work for you? Think again, your body NEEDS carbohydrates to function properly.
Believe the only way to lose fat is to cut it out completely? No way sister, your body actually REQUIRES fat in order to BURN FAT.

"You need to eat less calories in order to see results."
Actually most women need to eat MORE calories than they think, and being in a constant calorie deficit actually SLOWS your metabolism.
And once you start obsessing over calories it actually puts a lot of mental stress on your body, which in turn raise cortisol levels (stress hormone) and increases inflammation.

"If you want reach your goals you’re going to have to give up the food you love and spend hours at the gym."
Actually, what if I told you just the opposite?
What if I told you that you could STILL eat all the foods that you love and STILL reach your goals?

And here's my story...
The girl in the photos from 2010, is someone I don’t even recognize anymore.
She was 30 pounds heavier. She lacked confidence, self-love, and any self-worth.
She would punish herself for eating “bad” foods with hours on the elliptical or cardio equipment.
And she would constantly try dieting, only to find that she would stick to the diet for about 3 days, and then binge on the weekends.

And the crazy thing about sharing these photos is that I had to DIG to find pictures of me when I was 30 pounds heavier.
I’ve deleted them from my own Facebook account or have un-tagged myself from family and friends’ photos.
I was so humiliated about my weight and my body that I HATED having my picture taken — let alone posting it for anyone else to see.

This is exactly WHY I first became a personal trainer — I wanted learn how to FINALLY lose the weight and KEEP IT OFF FOR GOOD.
As I was training my clients, I noticed a common theme, almost ALL of my female clients were engaged in negative self-talk.
And I realized that I said those negative things to MYSELF too.
And one day if finally clicked — I decided that I didn’t want to lose weight because I hated myself. I was sick of “punishing” myself with diets and exercise.
I wanted to lose weight because I loved myself and wanted to treat myself with the same respect that I had treated all of my clients with.
That's when I decided
I was DONE with Diets.
I was going to figure out how to eat sustainably healthy, and find workouts that made me feel STRONG — not ones that I dreaded.
And I finally started to see success in my weigh loss…
I started learning about proper nutrition, and looked for exercises and workouts that were fast and effective.
Eventually, in learning what worked for me and MY body, my specialty became training women with quick 30 minute sessions.
And THAT is why I created this program.
